Return Policy
Return Policy for Custom Items
We create every item just for you — based on your personal photo and preferences. Because of this, our return policy is a little different from standard products, but we’ve designed our process to be completely risk-free for you.
1) Preview Before We Print
After placing your order, you’ll upload your photo and receive a digital preview of your artwork within 24 hours.
You can request revisions to your design or cancel your order for a full refund at any time before you approve the final artwork.
We only begin production once you confirm that you love your design.
2) Custom Items After Approval
Once you approve your final artwork and production has started, your order becomes final and can no longer be canceled, refunded, or exchanged.
This is because each item is custom-made specifically for you and cannot be resold.
3) If Something Isn’t Right
If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or does not match the artwork you approved:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
After reviewing your request, we’ll be happy to offer a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the situation.
Please note: Small variations in color, texture, or sizing are normal in custom-made products and are not considered defects.
4) Care & Handling
To keep your item in great condition, please follow the care instructions provided.
Damage caused by improper care, normal wear, or third-party alterations is not eligible for return or refund.
